o Board Assembly – each new assembly order is also processed through a CAM station for assembly. Our DFM process will scrub your Bill of Material, compare your Cad Ascii data to your BOM, check reference designators, qty per counts, and footprint size matching against your board.

In addition, we perform a 100% Kit Audit of on your parts: we make sure that all components match your BOM for component values, manufacturer part numbers, quantities, attrition, packaging, humidity sensitivity, damaged leads, etc.
